Epstein provided architectural, structural, civil, M/E/P engineering services as well as process engineering design assistance for the expansion of Keebler's existing ice cream cone manufacturing plant.

This facility is the largest of its kind in the United States and is the key component in maintaining Keebler's current market share as a prominent supplier of ice cream cones. The expansion provides continued growth in this market for Keebler as it looks to maximize and solidify its sales in Keebler's core markets.

Epstein designed and engineered this 115,000 square foot infill addition for the manufacturing of ice cream cones and pie crusts. This addition links the existing 72,000 square foot plant with a 76,000 square foot warehouse creating a 263,000 square foot complex on a 13.38-acre site.
