Epstein is pleased to welcome Bradley Bowman as Architectural Studio Lead in our Raleigh office. In this role, Bradley will help guide the continued growth of Epstein’s architectural presence in North Carolina while supporting business development efforts throughout the region.
Bradley brings nearly a decade of architecture and design experience across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, healthcare, industrial, aviation, and higher education. His background includes leading design teams, managing complex projects from early concepts through documentation, and building strong client relationships across the Southeast.
As Epstein continues to expand its Raleigh office, Bradley’s leadership will be instrumental in establishing a strong local architectural design presence that complements the firm’s integrated architecture, engineering, and construction capabilities. His experience positions him to support clients with thoughtful design solutions, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach tailored to projects of varying scale and complexity. Working alongside Epstein’s integrated architecture, engineering, and construction teams, Bradley will help clients move from early planning and design through documentation with a clear, coordinated approach.

Bradley shared that he joined Epstein “to bring global design excellence to the Southeast,” supported by his regional relationships and a shared commitment to North Carolina.
A licensed architect in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Mississippi, Bradley is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and serves on its Policy Advocates Committee. He earned a Master of Architecture from Kent State University and completed postgraduate research in architectural technologies at the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
