This summer, Epstein’s Jennifer Heiney helped to coordinate a true Chicago outing – Grant Park’s free concert series at Jay Pritzker Pavilion! The program included performances of Tchaikovsky’s Suite from The Sleeping Beauty, Josef Suk’s Fairy Tale, and Carl Vine’s World Premiere of Zofomorphosis.
“From the Charles Perrault classic comes Tchaikovsky's enchanting ballet The Sleeping Beauty (and score to a Disney feature film). Carlos Kalmar conducts the ballet suite, plus Czech composer Josef Suk's Fairy Tale. Also on the program, the Festival is pleased to welcome the return of the sizzling piano duo ZOFO for the world premiere of Carl Vine's tuneful concerto Zofomorphosis.”
Several of our employees joined for a picnic-style get together under the Chicago skyline and enjoyed a perfect Chicago summer night.
