Epstein at the International Baking Industry Exposition

Epstein is pleased to be exhibiting at the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) taking place from September 7th through the 11th at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The IBIE brings together more than 20,000 baking professionals from every segment of the grain-based market in Las Vegas for North Americas largest, most comprehensive trade event of the year.

If you are attending the IBIE show, Epstein is in Booth #7859. Representing Epstein will be Darrin McCormies, our Senior Vice President and Director of Industrial Services, Randy Tharp, our Vice President and Director of DesignBuild, and Jon Scales, our Senior Industrial Process Engineer.

Throughout our 98-year-history, Epstein has been responsible for designing, engineering and constructing bakeries for leading bake goods companies such as Keebler and Nabisco. Furthermore, we have recent projects for Ruiz Foods, La Lorraine and Nonnis. Currently, we are in the design phase for a baking production plant and R&D facility for a client in Chicago and in the construction phase for a bakery servicing the USAG Humphreys base in South Korea.
