The Epstein Community Foundation (ECF) is glad to be participating in Open Books Make the Case, a bookcase decorating competition where teams have three hours to decorate the most creative bookcases and compete for prizes.

After the bookcases are decorated, Open Books fills all bookcases with high-quality children's books and donates them to classrooms across Chicago. Its for that reason that the event has grown to be a sold-out occasion, bringing together more than 400 students.

The ECF is a Prologue sponsor, and includes the following team members: Olivia Corcoran, Anna Mui, Brian Foss, Alexus Davis and Christina Stoczynski. Team Epstein plans to decorate their bookcase with the theme of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Make the Case is on Friday, Oct. 25 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Morgan Manufacturing in the West Loop.
