Overview

Epstein served as architect of record, structural engineer, MEP engineer and LEED consultant for Whirlpool's Riverview Campus.

This three-phase development included 283,000 square feet of new offices and conference/dining facilities.

This phased 5-year development allowed Whirlpool to improve productivity, operations, energy efficiency, and the overall employee experience. These changes also allowed Whirlpool the ability to reduce its operating costs, and provide greater flexibility to adjust to changing business and staffing needs.

Epstein was part of a developer-led DesignBuild team that included Pizzuti Development, from Columbus, Ohio; Pepper Construction, also from Columbus; Arquitectonica, the design architect, from Miami and New York; and Interior Architects, the interior designer, from Chicago.
