Riverfront Brio Construction Underway

Construction is officially underway for the Riverfront Brio Mixed-Use Development in Owensboro, Kentucky, and you can check in or follow the progress via a Construction Cam!

Epstein provided architectural, structural and MEP/FP engineering services from conceptual design through construction documents working with the developer Gulfstream Commercial Services and the contractor - Envision Contractors, LLC. The development will feature a 12-story structure with a mix of a hotel, residential apartments, and a parking structure located across from the Owensboro Convention Center and the Ohio River.

The hotel, Home2, is a 5-story Hilton hotel with over 120 rooms and nearly 82,000 gsf. The residential tower is six stories and has nearly 80 one- and two-bedroom units. The project also includes over 240 covered parking spaces, and an indoor and outdoor amenities area that will include a fitness room, lounge areas, bocce ball, a pickle ball court and outdoor dining/grilling areas. An outdoor green retail plaza will allow for outdoor dining as well as for hosting city events and festivals.
