Epstein is proud to work with with USAII on Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, a 17-story condominium tower located in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Designed by Chicago-based architect Lucien LaGrange, Epstein will provide AOR services completing Construction Documents and Construction Phase services. The building will be fully serviced by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and residences will range from 2,000 to 6,380 square feet. Amenities will include concierge service, a rooftop infinity pool and lounge, a fitness center, library, private dining room spaces and a landscaped garden, as well as offerings for pets, including a dedicated dog park, pet spa, and garden. Construction is slated to begin soon!
