We received some great news yesterday (September 29th) that EuropaProperty, Central Europe’s leading online commercial real estate publisher, has named Epstein to its shortlist for Architectural Firm of the Year in their 11th Annual CEE Investment & Manufacturing Awards. These awards celebrate and honor top-performing companies servicing the commercial real estate market in Central Europe. This event is taking place live and online on October 20th and 21st in Warsaw, Poland at the InterContiental Hotel.
This is quite the honor for our firm and a clear indication that the design work we are doing for our clients based in or projects located in Central Europe is considered by EuropaProperty as being one of the best in the region. These projects include, among others; a new headquarters and mixed-use campus for Dedeman in Bacau, Romania; the recently completed Chmielna 89, a mid-rise office tower in Warsaw, Poland as well as proposed concert hall for the Polish-based developer, Cavatina Capital Group.
Once again, we’re honored to be shortlisted by EuropaProperty for this award and look forward to the ceremony in October.
