The two architecture studios and interior designers within Epstein's Chicago office took a break for a little fun last week in our building's amenity space for an unofficial shuffleboard tournament. One studio, led by Jennifer Heiney, challenged the other, led by Brad Hartig. Four groups competed, each studio played another in a double elimination format. Ermin Skrebo and Andrew Kniffen brought home 1st place for Brad’s studio. At the end, teams played a few mixed studio games for fun.
The space, located on the ground floor of 600 W. Fulton, was designed, engineered and built by our team and includes, in addition to the shuffleboard table, a new fitness center, complete with cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a yoga studio. The renovation also has a new tenant lounge equipped with a kitchen offering healthy vending options, private telephone rooms, an 80-inch television and ample seating for any occasion.
