For the second year in a row, Epstein was recognized by Midwest Real Estate News as one of the regions Top Construction Companies as part of the publications annual rankings.
This year, Epstein came in at no. 26, with reported revenues of $265 million.
For 2017, Epstein built over 1.5 million square feet of industrial space, including projects like the Seaboard Triumph Foods in Sioux City, Iowa, Prestage Foods of Iowa in Eagle Grove, Iowa and Triumph Foods in St. Joseph, Missouri, among others.
The issue ranked 56 construction companies as well as a variety of other business categories including, owners, financial, intermediaries, brokers and property management organizations.
