Silicon Park is a BREEAM-certified mixed-use development designed to support a vibrant live-work-play environment. Podium-level parking structures help optimize space, improve accessibility, and support efficient circulation throughout the development.
Sustainability is central to the design, with solar panels, water reclamation systems, resource reduction strategies, passive house principles, and high-performance building envelopes that reduce energy consumption and enhance thermal comfort. Robust seismic design further supports the long-term safety and resilience of the development.
