Silicon Park is a 60,000-square-meter master plan development in Limassol, Cyprus, designed by Epstein.

Silicon Park is a BREEAM-certified mixed-use development designed to support a vibrant live-work-play environment. The project brings together three residential buildings with 200 apartments, two office buildings totaling 15,000 square meters, hotel and retail components, and a range of on-site amenities, including a gym, daycare, coworking area, and café. Podium-level parking structures help optimize space, improve accessibility, and support efficient circulation throughout the development.

Sustainability is central to the design, with solar panels, water reclamation systems, resource reduction strategies, passive house principles, and high-performance building envelopes that reduce energy consumption and enhance thermal comfort. Robust seismic design further supports the long-term safety and resilience of the development. Rooftop recreation areas, swimming pools, gardens, indoor-outdoor gathering spaces, public green areas, and parks create welcoming places for residents, tenants, and visitors while enriching the surrounding urban fabric.
