OVERVIEW

Epstein’s design team was tasked with planning a design concept for a state-of-the-art high efficiency data storage and office facility in Radom, Poland. This four story 15,800 m2 office and data center development aspires to be a high performing sustainable campus, utilizing energy reducing active and passive systems including high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, geothermal, solar panels, and green roofs. A double-glazed, naturally ventilated façade system will also play a large part in the building’s carbon footprint reduction. An internal green courtyard promotes social interaction and provide biophilic design guidelines that help improve mental health and overall wellbeing. Innovative interior design solutions and amenities create a sense of community, and promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
