Tom Smiles

Mr. Smiles joined Epstein in 1989 and has nearly 40 years of AEC industry experience. Currently, he is the Director of Epstein's Business Development and Marketing team. In this role, Tom is responsible for providing executive leadership, bringing his wealth of experience and industry knowledge to shape the direction of Business Development and Marketing. By trade, Tom is a Civil Engineer and prior to leading the BD and Marketing team, he held the position of Director of Engineering.

Throughout his tenure at Epstein, Tom has effectively managed and directed various projects, including transportation industry assignments, commercial developments, and industrial facilities. His experience encompasses the design, construction, management, and quality assurance/quality control review of engineering, transportation, and site development projects.
