Theresa Pelletier

Ms. Pelletier joined Epstein in 1990, bringing with her five years of civil engineering experience, primarily in infrastructure construction and design. Theresa has years of experience planning and design, as well as construction inspection and documentation, for both the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. Ms. Pelletier is skilled in all facets of infrastructure design including storm and sanitary sewers, grading, earthwork, pavement design and horizontal and vertical alignment.

Since joining Epstein, Theresa has gained experience in site development, due diligence and project management, while continuing to apply her experience in roadway design.
