Jay Reddy

Mr. Reddy joined Epstein in 2013, bringing with him 3 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems and plumbing. Mr. Reddy is proficient in HVAC system design and performing load calculations and energy analysis using Trace 700 and eQuest v-3.63 and is well-versed with City of Chicago building codes and International Mechanical codes. As a LEED AP, Jay has worked on LEED projects for various credit requirements, including EA credit 1 under LEED version 2.2 and LEED 3.0 version new constructions. He is also accustomed to performing energy analysis using Trace 700 and eQuest v-3.63 software and has hands-on experience in preparing documentation work for LEED EA credits & IEQ credits. In addition to his LEED experience, Mr. Reddy has worked on Energy Policy act (EPAct) related modeling and documentation for potential tax benefits and refunds to architect and building owners.
