Epstein and our client, the Village of Niles, is hosting an open house tonight to discuss the Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvement Project on Shermer Road from Waukegan to Dempster. This project will help actively shape the future of cycling and pedestrian experiences in the community. As part of the Niles Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan, local resident’s valuable input is essential to creating a safer, more accessible, and enjoyable environment for cyclists and pedestrians. If you are from the area, we urge you to attend!

Tonight’s Open House will be held at the Senior Center, 999 Civic Center Drive, Niles, Illinois 60714 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The meeting will be conducted in an open house format, meaning interested persons can attend any time between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. to review exhibits, ask questions and submit comments. Members of the project team, including village engineering staff, and Beth Norton and Suchita Paladugu of Epstein, will be present to discuss the project and receive feedback from interested residents.
