Wolf Point West Mixed-Use Development

Design of the grading for the plaza and river walk, as well as stormwater detention that featured bio-infiltration and hydrodynamic water quality treatment of the stormwater.

Lakeshore East Planned Development

27-acre multi-use development along Chicago’s lakefront featuring 3,300 lineal feet of roadway, a 250-foot-long bridge structure, as well as 16,000 feet of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water mains.

Conversion of an existing freeway to a toll road and construction of six new mainline tolling plazas, which are the first all-electronic mainline plazas on the Illinois Tollway System.

Coordination with specialty consultants, public agencies and utility companies for roadway improvements featuring decorative raised concrete median planters throughout the City of Chicago.

North Point Marina Recreational Facility

WINTHROP HARBOR, ILLINOIS

1989–1991

New marina featuring roadways, parking lots and utilities as well as the dredging of 1.4 million cubic yards of earth for the yacht basin and the construction of 1.2 miles of breakwater.
