As a leading DesignBuild firm in the Cannabis industry, Epstein provides clients strategic planning, programming, architecture, engineering and construction services for cultivation, processing and manufacturing facilities across the United States.
Epstein collaborates with our cannabis clients on their projects from conception to completion, services which are led by David Scott, our director of professional services. David, who will be a panelist at this Bisnow event, takes a hands-on approach with Epstein’s cannabis clients by serving as a day-to-day contact and project executive. In this role, David helps clients navigate unique zoning/permitting issues, evaluate proposed sites, and assess prospective existing buildings. In addition, David helps lead conceptual design/planning efforts for new or renovated/expanded cultivation facilities and also coordinates specialty consultants, vendors and equipment contractors with Epstein’s full-service Design-Build team.
