Epstein is pleased to be exhibiting at the upcoming International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) taking place from September 17th through the 21th at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The IBIE brings together more than 20,000 baking professionals from every segment of the grain-based market in Las Vegas for North America’s largest, most comprehensive trade event of the year.
If you are attending the IBIE show, Epstein is in Booth #6911 within the North Hall. Representing Epstein will be Darrin McCormies, our senior vice president and director of industrial services and Jon May, our senior project manager within our Design/Build group.
Throughout our 101+ year history Epstein has been responsible for designing, engineering and constructing bakeries for a who’s who of leading bake goods companies including Keebler and Nabisco, as well as recent projects for companies like AAFES, Ruiz Foods, La Lorraine, Newly Weds Foods and Nonni’s.
