Specifically, Jason and Geary W. Smith of G&W Electric, will be presenting a case study of an existing Chicago area property, a building that Epstein’s architects, engineering and builders renovated and modernized, turning it into G&W’s new LEED-NC Gold headquarters and manufacturing facility.
