Jason Chandler

Jason directs Epstein’s construction group, where he is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the firm’s construction operations, including its Design-Build project delivery. He leverages his combined credentials as a licensed architect and licensed general contractor to bring a multidisciplinary approach that seamlessly integrates design intent with construction execution, making Design-Build a core strength of his leadership. Jason has extensive experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing and food processing facility projects, consistently delivering technically demanding work with precision and efficiency. Known for a collaborative and solutions-driven leadership style, he works closely with clients, architects, engineers, equipment vendors and trade partners to achieve high-performing, cost-effective results that are delivered on schedule. His commitment to technical excellence, accountability, and team development drives consistent success across complex, fast-paced project environments. Prior to directing Epstein’s construction group, Jason led the firm’s project management group.
