We are pleased to welcome Nick Brown, our new Project Engineer, to Epstein’s DesignBuild group! Since joining, Nick has started working on managing construction for our Wholestone project. Previously, he was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida working for a general contractor who builds hospitals.
Nick knew early on he didn’t want a career that required him to be on a computer all day; he much prefers being able to physically see what he works on and therefore pursued engineering.
Nick grew up in Oak Park and attended Oak Park River Forest High School. He then proceeded to attend Marquette University and studied commercial real estate and construction management. In his free time, Nick likes to go fishing and golfing as well as play softball and video games.
Although he says he is excited to be back in Illinois, it is only September. Perhaps we will loop back around with him on this come January.
Either way, we are delighted to have you join us, Nick! Once again, welcome to Epstein.
