We are pleased to welcome Eric Dickerson, our new Senior Project Manager, to Epstein’s DesignBuild group! He has jumped right in upon joining and begun working on the Seaboard Foods, Triumph EQ Bay 11 and 12, and Jushi Toledo projects. Previously, Eric worked for Walsh Construction as a project manager. He knew this industry was right for him because of the hands-on interaction and opportunity to be involved with creating something that is impactful to society, a community or the future of a business.

Eric attended Purdue University (I’m told I’m supposed to say “Boiler Up!” here) and studied Construction Management with a specialization in mechanical and electrical construction. While earning his degree, Eric stayed active and outdoors! He and his friends enjoyed snowboarding trips to new resorts, backpacking and attending live music events across the country. Why did you ever graduate, Eric? Well, actually, he did take a hiatus while at Purdue. On a whim, he and two of his best friends moved to Summit County, CO and snowboarded for two seasons in Breckenridge, CO.

He grew up in Anderson, IN and went to Pendleton Heights High School. Outside of work, Eric still likes being outdoors with his friends and family, including going hiking, biking, skateboarding, snowboarding, camping and fly fishing. He also enjoys listening to music, especially old records, and attending live music events. He’s always game for meeting new people and catching up with old friends, too.

Eric is a husband to his “loving” wife, Megan, and the proud father of four “wonderful” children, Eli, Oliver, Iris and Andrew. With a household of four kids, I’m told finding a pair of matching plain socks is next to impossible. So this is a warning that Eric will almost always have on a pair of funky socks that will likely not match with his outfit whatsoever. Us when that happens: It’s called fashion!

Other than that, Eric is hardworking, open and honest and always up for a challenge. He enjoys having fun and making people smile.

Well, once again, welcome to Epstein! We’re delighted to have you join us.
