Last night, March 12th, five teams, comprised of a cross-section of our firm, waged battle for the title of "Kings of Useless Knowledge," all while helping raise funds for Epsteins in-house charity, the Epstein Community Foundation (ECF).

This Trivia Night was the brain-child of our director of engineering, Tom Smiles, and featured a multi-media presentation, during which Tom embraced his inner game show host by testing everyone's knowledge in categories such as women In rock, Disney and movie soundtracks, Chicago sports and musicians, as well as Epstein-specific trivia.

Additionally, during half-time, funds were raised for the ECF through a fun-filled buy-in game of heads and tails, which was won by our director of civil engineering, Greg Osborne, who generously gave his portions of the winnings back to the ECF!

Curious about who was crowned Kings of Useless Knowledge? Well, it was the "Old School" team, featuring some of Epstein's seasoned veterans (Judy Sells, Darrin McCormies, Noel Abbott) as well as some of our youngsters (Ilyssa Kaserman and Maleno Quintero). The team also included special guest and ringer, former Epsteiner John ONeill.

And, for those teams complaining about the use of outside trivia master; next time read the fine print. Youre saying there wasnt any fine print? Take it up with Tom.
