The Epstein-designed and engineered Riverview Bridge was selected as a finalist in the Special Achievement of the Year category for the 32nd annual Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards.

Originally scheduled to be held in March, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic caused the event to be postponed and reformatted. With Gov. J.B. Pritzker's limitations on large gatherings for the foreseeable future, the Food Depository and the CREA Steering Committee decided to move forward with hosting a Virtual Commercial Real Estate Awards live stream this year.

Taking place on Thursday, June 25th, from 4:30-5:30 p.m., guests can register online to join the live stream. Our Greg Osborne, P.E., will be "attending" on Epstein's behalf. Greg, our Director of Civil Engineering, was the Principal-in-Charge for the Riverview Bridge project.

The Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards bring together more than 1,850 of Chicagos top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, interior contractors and design professionals to both celebrate the outstanding achievements in all facets of the industry and to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository. This partnership truly helps to build a better Chicago. Last years event raised more than $1.5 million to help provide more than 4.5 million meals for our neighbors facing hunger.

Good luck, Riverview Bridge!
