Epstein is proud to be a sponsor and panelist for Bisnow’s upcoming Repositioning and Adaptive Reuse event being held in Chicago tomorrow, May 26th starting at 8 am. This gathering, which is bringing together experts in the fields of development, design and construction, will cover office to multi-family conversions, unique building transformations and revitalizing outmoded spaces.
There are three round-table discussions at this event and Epstein’s design director, Patrick Carata, is serving as one of the panelists for ‘Saved by the “Dwell”” a conversation on, “Converting Obsolete Buildings into Desirable Living Spaces.” Patrick is well-suited to talking about this subject having recently developed a creative solution for redeveloping abandoned grain silos, structures that are prevalent throughout the Midwest, and converting them into eye-catching residential developments.
