May 20, 2019

This Wednesday, May 22nd, the Chicago Chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) will be presenting a panel discussion with some of the citys elite developers. Senior representations from Hines, Golub & Company, and Riverside will discuss the overall 2019 real estate investment outlook in Chicago.

Curated topics will include the latest real estate development outlook, specifically addressing new construction, value-add, and a thoughtful consideration of how city officials, developers, and all in the AEC industry can collaboratively maintain positive community expansion, growth and investment.

The event, titled Challenges and Opportunities: The Developers Perspective, will be co-moderated by Epsteins Laura Flores, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Project Architect, and one of the leaders in our interior practice.

Laura is also a respected leader in Chicagos Latino community, and has dedicated her career to inspiring Latino youth and women to achieve their fullest potential. She has also served as Chicago Plan Commissioner since 2015.
