Epstein’s Warsaw office recently donated a surplus of office supplies and furniture to a school for Ukrainian refugee children in grades 1 through 11 after moving to a new office location. Immofinaz, a European real estate group, covered the cost of the space consisting of approximately 12,000 sf. According to UNICEF, over 750 schools and kindergartens have been destroyed since the war began. The Mayor of Warsaw, Rafal Tschaskowski, has said the number of schoolchildren from Ukraine in Warsaw is over 10,000 and new schools are needed. Most of those children were placed into Polish schools without proper training or a full understanding of the language. In all, there are approximately 90,000 children from Ukraine in the Polish capital.

The school features 11 classrooms, two psychologist’s rooms, administrative offices, and social rooms. There is also a beautiful mural on display in the common area.

Epstein is proud to have been able to provide assistance during these extremely dangerous and tumultuous times.
