Our 71st project is a building that helped launch our Warsaw office’s commercially-oriented design capabilities. As a member of the Golub/Epstein joint venture, Epstein provided design and engineering services for this Western-style 10-story, 120,000-square-foot office complex.

The Warsaw Corporate Center offered tenants amenities such as air conditioning, state-of-the-art communication systems, automated elevators, and retail and banking space on the first floor, which were new for Central Europe.

Located at a prime location across the street from the Marriott Hotel on Warsaw's main avenue, ul.Emilii Plater, this glass and granite structure provided easy access to all that Warsaw has to offer. The center is minutes from the airport and just blocks from a commuter bus terminal and train station. When this building opened in 1993, tenants included AIG Insurance, ING Bank, Prudential and Deutsche Bank.

In the nearly 30 years since the Warsaw Corporate Center opened, Epstein’s architects and engineers have designed dozens of new office buildings in Warsaw; structures that include the Warsaw Financial Center, Warsaw’s first Western-style high-rise, the Zlote Tarazy, Warsaw’s first large-scale mixed-use development, and the soon-to-be completed Varso Tower, a two-building high-rise that will be the largest building in Central Europe.
