After much thought, planning and anticipation, we finally fully celebrated Epstein's 100th anniversary in style during a private gala at the Shedd Aquarium!

We were overjoyed to come together with employees, past and present, friends, near and far, as well as clients, vendors and suppliers to honor Epstein's first 100 years as a firm.

In between tasty bites, questionable dance moves and plenty of Instagram-worthy photos, this event allowed us to reflect on Epstein's history, which began in 1921 by serving as the on-call engineer and architect for Chicago’s Central Manufacturing District. And, with a snap, one century later we have evolved into a global full-service design, engineering and construction company, serving a wide variety of industries and markets. Needless to say, we are exceptionally proud of our anniversary achievement, a milestone that would not have been attained without our staff, clients, and the inspiring leadership of our founder, Abraham Epstein, and his sons, Raymond and Sidney.

Playing up the origins of our history, the party included a backdrop that showcased an image of the fedora-wearing Epstein staff from 1934. Our current staff enjoyed posing in front of the backdrop - complete with their own fedoras, of course.

Thank you to everyone who attended and shared in this special night with us; especially the Shedd penguins, who came ready to party and dressed in their best... tuxedos.
