On June 17th, Epstein welcomed a representative from Dale Carnegie, David Osborne, for a much-appreciated virtual presentation entailing methods of dealing with global stress management.

This virtual lunch presentation was sponsored by Epsteins Diversity & Inclusion Committee. One of the core objectives of the D&I committee is to promote empathy by embracing the unique characteristics within all individuals and foster a sense of belonging, acceptance and engagement for all employees.

Over 50 million copies of Mr. Carnegies books, such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living," are sold. With a plethora of golden tips, they aim to set one on the path toward success. Put these tips in to action to excel as a leader and become the best version of yourself.

The committee sought to bring a sense of connectivity for all of us feeling stress as a result of current events, or even every day commonplace stressors. The lunch event was highly interactive, energetic and contained helpful, proven principles to apply daily to alleviate stress.
