The League of American Bicyclists recognized Epstein with a bronze level Bicycle Friendly Business (BFB) award, earning it a place alongside more than 1,400 businesses across the country contributing to the movement to build a more Bicycle Friendly America.

Epstein joins 33 total new and renewing BFBs in the League’s latest round of business awards and 1,425 total BFBs nationwide, including everything from government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, bike shops, and other employers, all united in a commitment to transform American workplaces to be more welcoming to both customers and employees who bike. The Bicycle Friendly Business award recognizes an organization’s contributions in shifting up and accelerating the movement to build a Bicycle Friendly America for everyone.

“We are pleased to celebrate new and renewing Bicycle Friendly Businesses, as these awards are a reminder that our vision of an America where every person can safely and easily choose to bike is shared by every part of a community, including business leaders,” said Bill Nesper, executive director of the League of American Bicyclists. “As we progress through 2021, we see the impact of thinking increasingly on a local scale when it comes to global health. More employees are biking to work, more people are continuing to look for ways to get outside and be more active, and Bicycle Friendly Businesses play a crucial role in connecting their community with better biking. The businesses that we honor aren’t just along for the ride, they are working in tandem with local advocates and the League to promote and encourage bicycling as a means of transportation, fun, and fitness.”
