Its that time of the year when we can make the always-enjoyable announcement about the professional advancements of members of the Epstein family.

Recently, 10 employees received well-deserved promotions for their overall performances. Those individuals include:

John Lach, P.E., S.E., to Vice President. John has been with Epstein since 2000 and has extensive design and analysis experience, including commercial and industrial building systems as well as multiple span bridge structures.

Paul Sanderson, AIA, to Director of New York Operations and Vice President. Throughout Pauls Epstein tenure, he has been an integral part of our design team, working on a multitude of award-winning renovation, expansion and improvement projects at New Yorks Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Patrick Carata, AIA, to Associate Vice President. Patrick has flourished in his role by establishing and leading the design of a multitude of project types and scales, including hotels, residential and mixed-use high-rise developments.

Lori Chandler, AIA, to Senior Technical Architect and Associate Vice President. Joining Epstein in 2006, Lori brought her experience in schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration with her. Throughout her time with us, Loris responsibilities have included design team coordination and supervision of construction document preparation, participation in code approval process, including helping write the City of Chicagos new Building Code, and administration of a variety of project types during construction.

Debbie Sretenovic, AIA, NCARB, to Senior DesignBuild Technical Architect and Associate Vice President. Debbie, who has nearly 20 years of industry experience, is skilled in client relationship development and management, conceptual and preliminary design studies, code analysis and cost estimates.

Monika Ciesielska, to Payroll Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Monika began her Epstein career as our receptionist and soon thereafter joined our HR group. During her time in HR, Monika has helped coordinate and lead numerous staff initiatives and outings as well as multiple efforts on behalf of our in-house charity, the Epstein Community Foundation.

Laura Rebbe, AIA, LEED AP BD+C PM, to Senior Project Manager. Laura has been an invaluable asset in the delivery of a wide-variety of projects, including serving as the project manager for the nationwide renovation program for exterior and interior building enhancements to La Quinta hotels throughout the United States.

John Robertson, AIA, to Chief Technical Architect. John, who joined Epstein in 2005, has served as the leading technical architect for a wide variety of projects including convention/exhibition centers, high-rise residential buildings, aviation buildings, industrial facilities as well as large corporate office buildings.

Jon Scales, to Associate Project Manager. Jons extensive experience in performing in-depth production system analysis, frequently utilizing dynamic simulation software, has allowed him to serve as our lead industrial simulation engineer for national and international clients in a wide variety of industries.

Christina Stoczynski, EIT, to Senior Design Engineer. Christina is particularly skilled in the design of roadway rehabilitation projects as well as in public transformation endeavors. She also has design experience in the reinforcement and reconstruction of bridges and box culverts.
