After a year hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions, today, June 22th, was our 14th annual employee BBQ, an event in which Epstein’s senior management embraces their inner grillmaster and cooks up lunch for our staff. The spread featured cheeseburgers, beer battered brats and, for our vegetarian Epsteiners, black bean veggie burgers! The weather could not have been more ideal, sunny and mid-70s. We ate in pre-assigned groups and, therefore, were able to have some al fresco dining together on the picnic tables lining N. Jefferson Street just outside our Chicago headquarters.
