Welcome to Epstein - Brian F. Fuller!

Our new Industrial Business Development Manager

Epstein is pleased to welcome Brian F. Fuller to the Epstein family! Brian, who has over 25 years of experience in pursuing and securing multi-million design and construction contracts, is our Business Development Manager, focusing on proactively growing Epstein’s share of the Industrial marketplace. Additionally, Brian will also be representing Epstein at industry events, tradeshows as well as working on strategic business development and marketing initiatives focused on targeting Industrial clients in the food, manufacturing and warehouse markets.

Prior to joining Epstein, Brian worked with Top Ranked ENR firms like AECOM, Parson Brinckerhoff, Jacobs and Gilbane. Some of Brian’s industrial clients include Fortune 500 firms like General Motors, Eli Lilly, Mead Johnson and more recently, Amazon.

Brian got inspired by what AEC firms can do in transforming the built environment when early in his career he helped convert a closed steel plant into a highly acclaimed industrial park for Bethlehem Steel in Vernon, California (near Los Angeles), known as the Vernon Industry Plaza. From the initial success of this redevelopment, Brian has been building, pun intended, on that project ever since.

In addition to his business development experience, Brian has also been very active in AEC-focused professional affiliations including serving as the Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America as well as being a member of the Chicago Building Congress.

Brian received his BS in Psychology/Pre-Med, from the University of Maryland and is also a proud Vietnam War Veteran, having served in the US Air Force at Da Nang Air Base.

On the personal front, Brian is married, has four grown sons and ten growing grandchildren, and two Golden Retrievers.

Once again, welcome to the family Brian!
