Seaboard Farms – Triumph Foods August 2016 Construction Progress Update

Evaporator Units have been hung in the Equilibration Room

Here's our monthly construction progress update, courtesy of Jeremy Wright, our construction project manager for one of the largest projects we've ever undertaken as a Design-Builder – the Seaboard - Triumph Foods Pork Processing Plant in Sioux City, Iowa.

What you see here are few aerials of the 245-acre site showing our construction progress which Jeremy describes thusly,

'We have finished hanging evaporator units in EQ (Equilibration Room for moisture and temperature). Stunning foundations were complete last Friday and we are preparing for steel erection at that location. Paving of the NW parking lot has commenced for future laydown space. Site utility work and under slab plumbing on the cut floor and barn area continues while we pour concrete slabs in the box shop.'

The 750,000 square foot Seaboard Farms – Triumph Foods facility is budgeted at $264M and is scheduled to be completed mid-2017.
