This past Thursday our Bucharest office was the recipient of the Romanian CIJ Awards Best Architectural Firm for 2016. The Romanian CIJ Awards, which is the longest running commercial property awards event in Romania, are chosen by European real estate executives and the editors of CIJ Journal, a leading online European Real Estate news provider. This year marks the 9th Romanian CIJ Awards program and this edition was attended by 350 members of the Romanian Real Estate community within the main ballroom of the Hotel Radisson in Bucharest.

Epstein was selected for our overall design work in Romanian which includes the very visible Bridge Office Building that we designed and is currently being constructed. The Bridge is a speculative office development comprised of two building that are being constructed in separate phases. Phase I, which is roughly 31,948 square meters of gross leasable area, is scheduled to be completed in 2017.

Our win for Best Architectural Firm makes us eligible for consideration in CIJ EURO Awards in 2017 which will include top architectural firms from throughout Europe.
