We are proud to announce that our longtime director of MEP/FP engineering, Stuart White, PE has now become the director of industrial projects. In this role, Stu is responsible for directing our large industrial developments as well as serving as the chief refrigeration engineer for our projects involving cold storage or process.

Stu joined Epstein in 1995 and has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and management of industrial projects. Stu's extensive industrial/process experience with a wide variety of manufacturing, process and distribution facilities for clients in the food, production and warehousing industries makes him an ideal leader for one of Epstein's largest market sectors.

The first major project Stu will be leading in his new role is a $240M, 650,000 square foot pork processing plant for Prestage Farms in Eagle Grove, Iowa. This facility, located on a 155-acre site on the corner of Pierce Avenue and 43rd Street, is being designed to process approximately 600 million pounds of pork annually.

Congratulations Stu on the new role at Epstein!

Lastly, stay tuned for a follow-up message on Kevin Christensen, PE, LEED AP, our new director of MEP/FP engineering.
