In the July issue of Chicago Lawyer Magazine, the Epstein designed office space for Chapman & Spingola, LLP is featured for its 'collaborative' design. For this 11,000 square foot space located on the 38th floor of 190 S. LaSalle, Epstein's interior designers made modifications to the finishes in the existing open and private office space, selected a demountable wall system for three new private offices and selected furnishings for three new private offices as well as the open office area. In addition, Epstein designed the new reception space.

As Chicago Lawyer points out, Epstein's design was, 'aimed at maintaining the firm's enduring culture of collaboration.' For instance, corner offices were converted to collaborative spaces and frosted glass panels were utilized where conventional drywall would normally be utilized. And, in the conference room the design and décor of the space has more of a hospitality feel in which Chapman Spingola's staff and clients can work together in a more relaxed and open atmosphere.
