We are pleased to welcome our new Design Professional, Sergey Dunaev, to Epstein! Sergey comes to us from AECOM, where, as an architectural designer, he was responsible for the design of multiple projects and assisted with contract administration and site inspections.

He was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, and has been practicing architecture for over 10 years. As such, he has had the opportunity to acquire experience on a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, corporate interior, urban design and BIM.

Sergey attended Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPSUACE). He later received his Master of Architecture (MArch) from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Sergey also studied for the LEED AP Certification program and obtained his BD+C certification.

He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, a global nonprofit professional organization for project management. In his spare time, Sergey enjoys exploring art performances such as the Symphony Orchestra with his wife, Alisa. He also likes to dabble with 3D Printing and jewelry making. Oh, and you can often find him testing out new recipes in the kitchen.

A couple key points about Sergey: He hates being late and therefore makes it a priority to always be on time; coffee and cheesecake are his weaknesses; and he believes that fitness can bring happiness to everyone. He loves the line about Muhammed Ali, Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee, and uses that as his mantra to keep going.

Welcome to Epstein, Sergey! Were delighted to have you.
