Besides being an exhibitor at the International Production and Process Expo (IPPE), which is taking place within the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, from January 26th through the 28th, Epstein is also a presenter as part of the IPPE's 'Technology Xchange' program. This platform involves experts in the food production and process industries sharing information about important industry topics ranging from sustainability to worker safety. Epstein's Stu White, PE, our director of MEP/FP engineering, along with Scott Christian, the North American regional director of Nijhuis, a leading consultant who provides solutions for sustainable water use and resource recovery, are presenting tomorrow, Wednesday January 27th, in Booth B-8805 from 11:30 to 11:50 am about the newest trends in the technology of wastewater handling.

Stu and Scott's presentation will specifically address the fact that food processors around the world are faced with the daunting challenge of what do with wastewater generated in their operations. Stu and Scott will present ways of effectively reusing wastewater, explain why we should reuse wastewater, where there the opportunities for wastewater reuse are available, and, lastly, how to reuse and what kind of cost impact reusing wastewater has on an operation.

Many of the solutions Stu and Scott will be presenting are currently being implemented by Epstein, with assistance from Nijhuis, on a wide variety of our food processing projects both here in the United States as well as internationally.

For further information on what Epstein is doing with regards to wastewater reuse please feel free to contact Stu at (312) 429-8159 or via e-mail at swhite@epsteinglobal.com.
