Cruising the Corridor

Next Thursday, June 11th, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Epstein is helping to sponsor a special edition Wendella River Cruise with North Branch Works' for a unique ride along the North Branch of the Chicago River! This boat will go all the way up to Webster (where the Finkl Steel Site is) and cruise along to Goose Island and downtown!

This cruise will let you experience Chicago's North Branch Industrial Corridor from the river and learn more about what's going on in this area! Including former Epstein projects like the WaterSaver Faucet Company and the Vienna Sausage Manufacturing Company, as well as see the site for one of our most exciting new projects the Addison Underbridge Connection, a 1,000 foot long, 16-span pedestrian and bicycle bridge that will cross the River at Addison.

In addition to a river tour of this vibrant industrial corridor, attendees will also get to see downtown Chicago's world class architecture and enjoy food and drinks from local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries. And, there's even a live jazz combo on board too!

Boarding for the tour is located at the North Avenue loading dock on Goose Island (street address 1535 N. Cherry Avenue) and the cost is $20 (before processing fees)
