Howard Hartenstein

Mr. Hartenstein joined Epstein in 2019, bringing with him more than 31 years of experience in architecture and project management. Prior to joining Epstein, Howard was the vice president of project management and delivery at Smarter Living Homes where he gained experience providing innovative modular housing solutions for today's modern home buyer. He also oversaw the coordination of design and engineering, project management and scheduling while supporting marketing and operations functions.
