We are pleased to welcome Laura Rebbe, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, to Epstein! Laura is the newest member of our project management team and has 15 years of management, design and LEED administration experience. Lauras portfolio includes a wide variety of project types including commercial developments, military facilities, industrial buildings, and retail outlets.

Laura, who received her Bachelor of Architecture from Drury University (Go Panthers!), joins us from Jacobs, where she led interior renovation projects for Jacobs own corporate offices. Prior to her time with Jacobs she worked with Urban Design Group and Suttle Mindlin.

Outside of work Laura is a member of the AIA and Toastmasters, a public speaking and leadership development organization. Having just moved from St. Louis to Chicago, Laura is currently searching for a Toastmasters club to join in our fair city, so if anyone has any suggestions please send Laura your ideas.

On the personal side, Laura is a married to Matt (also an architect) and they have two daughters, Lorelai (7) and Caroline (4). The Rebbes live in Chicago and are enjoying exploring the greatest city in the world one playground at a time. (Few suggestions Laura Maggie Daley Park, the 606, and Mary Bartelme are really cool parks for little ones!). Laura and Matt also enjoy playing games with girls, walking and biking along the waterfront (check out the recently opened Northerly Island) and being tourists.

Laura, a former volleyball player for the Drury Panthers, is also an avid reader and lover of great restaurants. Additionally, during college she was a volunteer Park Ranger stationed at the backcountry climbing station on Mont Olympus in Olympic National Park in Washington. Her duties in this role were to maintain trails and backcountry campgrounds, as well as monitor/assist climbers. Laura claims shes never been dirtier in her entire life! (Sounds like Laura needs to join Epsteins Tough Mudder team next year to find out what real muddy is! Right Linda Kanoski?)

Once again, welcome to the family Laura we are really happy to have you with us!
