We would like to welcome Jeremy Rose, our new senior design engineer, to our Civil Engineering department. Jeremy comes to us from Berger Excavating Contractors where he worked as a project manager on roadway projects. Before that, he worked at a construction litigation firm performing cost and schedule analyses in an effort to settle disputes between parties and at Clark Dietz where he provided roadway design services to IDOT.

Jeremy was raised in Chicagos southwest suburbs (Oak Forest). After high school he enlisted in the Marine Corps where he was stationed out of Okinawa, Japan and Camp Pendleton, California.

His adventures in the Marines included spending many months on ship in Southeast Asia where he provided humanitarian aid to various countries following natural disasters, including the 2005 tsunami. He also spent time in Thailand and South Korea where he trained with both Thai Marines and Republic of Korea (ROK) Marines. Following his return to the US in 2006, he was deployed to Iraq in 2007 before being honorably discharged in December of that year.

Following his service, he graduated from the University of Illinois (Go Illini!) with his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering. He now lives in the city with his fiancée and two toy fox terriers. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, exercising and binge watching TV shows.

Once again, welcome to Epstein Jeremy!
