Jason Chandler, Epstein's senior vice president and director of project management, was interviewed in the Fall 2016 issue of the DDC Journal about the construction progress of the Seaboard Farms Triumph Foods (STF) pork processing plant in Sioux City, Iowa. In this multi-page feature article Jason discusses some of the challenges of constructing a plant as large and sophisticated as the STF facility as well as Epstein's design, engineering and construction leadership role in the meat processing industry.

For those of you not familiar with the STF project Epstein is serving as the Design-Builder for this $264M, 750,000 sf plant located on a 245-acre site along the banks of the Missouri River. Construction for this massive plant which will employ over a 1,000 staff when completed in mid-2017.
