Bringing Virtual Reality to Pack Expo

Epstein’s industrial process engineers demonstrating our latest design tool

We are currently exhibiting at Pack Expo, the preeminent trade show for the processing and packaging industry in which owners, vendors and consultants come together to see the latest in state-of-the-art machinery and discover new industry technologies. For this show, which is taking place within Chicago's McCormick Place Convention Center and running from November 6th through the 9th, Epstein's industrial process engineers are demonstrating one of our latest design tools – Virtual Reality. Over the past year our engineers have been using VR to help our clients 'experience their facility before we build it.' Through these interactive '3D walking tours' we have helped expedite design development, improved design quality and constructability, reduced change orders, and improved plant safety and operability.

At Pack Expo our engineers have two VR tours available – one for a meat processing plant and the other for a nutraceutical powder processing facility. So if you are attending Pack Expo visit us at Booth #7420 from 1 to 4:30 pm & if not, and you would like to learn more about how we are utilizing this exciting design tool, feel free to contact Darrin McCormies, our director of industrial process engineering, at (312) 429-8411 or dmccormies@epsteinglobal.com
