Epstein’s structural engineers are experienced in a wide variety of project types and sizes ranging from small studies and evaluations to design of multi-million square foot buildings. We work as the Engineer-of-Record with in-house disciplines as well as within teams of outside consultants and architects. Epstein prepares design criteria tailored for the unique needs of each project considering seismic accelerations, wind speeds, snow loading, blast resistance, vibration resistance, sound attenuation, equipment loadings and special occupancy or clients requirements.
