Epstein's civil engineers have extensive experience in a wide range of industries providing services which include site planning and design for industrial buildings, retail developments, transportation facilities, and municipal utilities and infrastructure.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MECHANICAL ENGINEERING HVAC/PLUMBING FIRE PROTECTION REFRIGERATION LIGHTING DESIGN ENERGY ANALYSIS
This group is a team of experienced registered professionals who are recognized experts and authorities in the HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical and building management fields. In addition, our MEP/FP engineers provide sustainable ideas, LEED certification, modeling of environment and performance based design. Epstein’s MEP/FP group also performs Energy Analysis’s which involve programming, budgeting, and determining energy cost reductions without sacrificing the comfort or productivity of our clients.
STRUCTURAL SYSTEM SELECTION STRUCTURAL SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION STRUCTURAL RESPONSE EVALUATIONS
Epstein’s structural engineers are experienced in a wide variety of project types and sizes ranging from small studies and evaluations to design of multi-million square foot buildings. We work as the Engineer-of-Record with in-house disciplines as well as within teams of outside consultants and architects. Epstein prepares design criteria tailored for the unique needs of each project considering seismic accelerations, wind speeds, snow loading, blast resistance, vibration resistance, sound attenuation, equipment loadings and special occupancy or clients requirements.
