Energy Audits 
As part of Epstein’s design services we routinely perform Feasibility Studies to identify “green” Market-ready technologies for industrial and commercial clients. As part of this study Epstein’s engineers and architects calculates the minimum technology performance for ROI, determines site evaluation thresholds for each metric and ranks program sites under each threshold and by energy-carbon footprint. When performing Energy Savings Feasibility Studies Epstein generally looks at the following to identify areas for energy savings: Solar, Wind, Geothermal, and Biofuel.
